Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We want everyone to be able to enjoy our products, so we’ll ship to wherever you are.

Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders are shipped using certified mail. Your package will have a reference number so you can track your shipment to its destination.

How do I return my item(s)?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging 

You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase. 

When will I receive my order?

All packages are dispatched 2-5 days after your order is confirmed. 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

The Netherlands  2-3 days  

Europe                 5-8 days  

Worldwide           7-15 days 

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm an exact delivery date for each package as it depends on the Postal Service and Customs in your country. 

I’ve returned my item(s) - when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will send a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.   You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
