We will help you to purchase the item you like to purchase, and make sure to refund you the difference.
My order is a gift
Instructions? Special requests? Add a note in your Cart page before Checkout. We can send your items without any prices or receipts. If you forgot to add it to the Cart page, please send us an email at
Dispatch & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
When will my order be dispatched? All packages are dispatched 2-5 days after your order is confirmed. For more information, click here.
When will my order arrive? ​
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

The Netherlands: 2-3 days
Europe: 5-8 days
Worldwide: 7-15 days
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm an exact delivery date for each package as it depends on the Postal Service and Customs in your country.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We want everyone to be able to enjoy our products, so we’ll ship to wherever you are. Please note, your location may impact delivery time. For more information, click here.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return my item(s)?
At CAKE we make every product with care and work hard to ensure quality.
But if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging
You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
I’ve returned my item(s) - when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will send a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
